Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an on-site service technician to install, service, repair and survey beverage dispensing equipment at customer locations. You will be the primary on-site technical contact, diagnosing issues and delivering professional customer support to ensure reliable operation and optimal drink quality.

You will also train customers, handle maintenance, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely call completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and technical school certification required.
• Prior beverage, refrigeration, plumbing and electronic experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to apply basic skills to perform tasks and resolve routine questions.

Responsibilities

• Receive dispatched service calls and ensure prompt response.
• Diagnose and repair reported service issues and perform quality drink checks.
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• Train customers in maintaining equipment and report misuse.
