Job summary

Nomilk2day is seeking a seasoned USA Sales Manager to lead the expansion of the company’s presence across the United States. This field-based role focuses on developing the market, building long-term relationships with dealers and professional customers, and executing complex sales trajectories to grow market share and strengthen brand presence.

You will travel extensively, manage strategic opportunities, and collaborate with an international team focused on quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in capital goods, poultry equipment, agri-tech, or international markets.
• Strong understanding of poultry production systems and professional production environments.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, commerce, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and market share across the U.S. market.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and key accounts
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
• Lead negotiations and close large, long-term contracts
• Advise clients on technical system solutions, pricing structures, and contractual conditions
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction
