Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the commercial expansion of sales in the U.S. Poultry market.

The role develops market share, builds new customers, manages key accounts, and creates a network of integrators, feed mills, nutritionists, distributors and manufacturers' reps across targeted poultry segments. The position requires a consultative, nutrition‑oriented sales approach and the ability to translate technical product value into commercial adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in animal feed or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Poultry Animal Science.
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% and work remotely.
• Strong proficiency in sales planning and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to drive revenue growth in the U.S. poultry feed market.
• Identify, qualify, and close new B2B customers including distributors and large poultry businesses.
• Build and expand customer relationships to drive repeat and multi‑product adoption.
• Maintain an active pipeline with disciplined sales forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate field demonstrations and customer trials to validate product performance.
