Job Summary

This will also include setting up payer portal access, maintaining other applications such as Smartsheet, RCx rules, and practice management systems to support RCM workflows/initiatives.

This will also include setting up payer portal access, maintaining other applications such as Smartsheet, RCx rules, and practice management systems to support RCM workflows/initiatives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Adding new payers, CPTs, referring providers, etc. to the practice management systems
  • Granting and maintaining payer and portal access for the RCM staff
  • Maintaining practice management system files.
  • Submitting new EFT and ERA payer enrollments
  • Submitting and presenting weekly change management requests
  • Creating and maintaining protocols for responsible functions
  • Monitoring daily reports are refreshed accurately and timely
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with leadership
  • Create and support workflow tools such as Smartsheet
  • Presenting status updates
  • Running and analyzing reporting as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Remote work may be considered for this position.
