Job summary

Partly is building an AI-driven infrastructure layer for the global repair industry, with a forward-deployed role focused on the UK and Nordics. You’ll be the technical engine behind new-market deals, turning messy real-world data into live pilots and showing differentiated AI capabilities to customers.

You’ll align with Sales, Product, and Engineering to unblock deals, build integrations, run readiness assessments, and shape the product for new markets while owning end-to-end outcomes from day

Qualifications

• Comfortable working close to data and code; able to write SQL, read and debug code, and stand up demos or prototypes.
• Strong technical problem-solver and systems thinker; break ambiguous problems into root causes and generalisable solutions.
• Not afraid to use any tool to enhance efficiency; own the outcome of decisions.
• Commercially minded; understand how technical decisions affect a deal and build business case.
• Excellent communicator who builds rapport and translates between customers and Product/Engineering.
• Self-directed and high-ownership; comfortable being the sole solutions person in a market.
• (Preferred) experience in solutions engineering or forward-deployed/technical pre-sales, ideally enterprise.
• (Bonus) Automotive/insurance/estimating context or integrating into messy external data formats.

Responsibilities

• Unblock new-market deals end-to-end. Own the technical path from first conversation to signed pilot across the UK and Nordics: scope integrations, map end-to-end estimating and parts workflows, and clear blockers between prospect and a yes.
• Build integrations that make pilots possible; stand up and debug connections customers depend on (e.g., CABAS Nordic estimating integration or custom interfaces for demos).
• Build demos and experimental features; create market demos and portal prototypes to prove capabilities before core engineering is committed.
• Run Technical Readiness Assessments; map a customer's systems and dependencies for pilots.
• Turn data into a commercial case; build value-prop frameworks, calculators, and reporting that show customers value in their numbers.
• Be the voice of UK/Nordics to Product; translate deal blockers into product asks and shape product for new markets.
• Work cross-functionally to hit deadlines; coordinate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve customer problems and keep deals moving.
