Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an on-site US Expansion TIQ Program Manager in Boise, Idaho, to lead tool install and qualification initiatives for new HVM sites. After initial 18 months, transition to the Clay, New York TIQ organization with opportunities across US facilities.

You will drive project execution, manage changes, and collaborate with global teams to implement best-known methods, processes, and KPIs, enabling capacity scale and faster deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Applied Science or related technical field.
• 1–2+ years of Engineering work experience.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and project/program management skills.
• Ability to influence partners and customers to enable the success of your programs to deliver the desired results.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects and programs, drive execution to plan, and enable successful outcomes.
• TIQ business process execution, project tracking with KPI metrics and gaps to partners and leaders.
• TIQ Change Management business process owner: System management and CCB meetings to approve changes with cost/schedule impact.
• Collaborate with sister HVM sites and central teams for benchmarking and CIP, train stakeholders on best practices.
• Build and maintain global relationships, communicate effectively, and use data analysis to support decision-making.
