TI efforts for new fab startups and greenfield expansions, coordinate with global procurement, sites, and contractors, and drive standardization and digital enablement. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in semiconductor facilities, strong project management, and experience with AutoCAD or Revit, Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities.
• Strong knowledge of facilities tool installation, cleanroom operations, and system integration with manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to collaborate globally, including travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. Facilities Tool Installation efforts for new fab startups and greenfield expansions.
• Partner with Global Procurement and site teams on TI RFPs, supporting contracting strategies, bid evaluations, cost modeling, and timelines.
• Ensure global project readiness by coordinating material planning, labor strategies, construction interfaces, and risk identification.
• Develop and maintain installation benchmarks to optimize cycle-time and critical path.
• Define and implement global TI strategies and transformation roadmaps, including standardization and digital enablement.
• Conduct site-to-site gap analyses of Best Known Methods and drive alignment across sites.
• Deliver executive-level reporting, analytics, and insights for decision-making and risk management.
• Support cost visibility, budgeting processes, and adoption of FCPS for data consistency.
