Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Applied Science or related technical field.
1–2+ years of Engineering work experience.
Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and project/program management skills.
Ability to influence partners and customers to enable the success of your programs to deliver the desired results.

Responsibilities

Own assigned projects and programs, drive execution to plan, and enable successful outcomes.
TIQ business process execution, project tracking that includes KPI metrics and gaps to partners and leaders.
TIQ Change Management: System management and Change Control Board meetings with cost/schedule impact.
Collaborate with sister HVM sites and central teams for benchmarking and CIP training of stakeholders.
Build and maintain global relationships, communicate effectively, and use data analysis to support decision-making.
Support global program success to deliver desired results.
