Shriners Children’s in Spokane seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential support to the Chief and Medical Staff. The role requires discretion, strong MS Office skills, and prior hospital experience.
You will coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and assist with special projects while ensuring timely communication and professionalism across departments.

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Chief and Medical Staff. Maintains calendars, makes travel arrangements, coordinates schedules, attends meetings and composes minutes and other correspondence as directed. Assists with special projects, answers questions, directs employees, visitors and patient families and other constituents to appropriate resources. Maintains confidentiality with sensitive business communications. Shriners Spokane is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to join the team!
The pay range for this position is $29.23 - $43.85. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
