i-APS has been contracted to support ILAB with on-demand monitoring, evaluation, and data services across multiple regions. The Project Manager will oversee deliverables, staff, and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality outputs on schedule and within budget.

i-APS is recruiting several positions for the planned U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) requirement for on-demand monitoring, evaluation, and data services. The services will assess and report on the effectiveness and outcomes of ILAB-funded technical assistance projects and other program areas. ILAB anticipates a contract with one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
Assignments span Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, and cover five task areas:
Designated key personnel. Full-time position based in the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Substitution requires prior written approval from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
