Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a production supervisor in Colorado to lead, coach and develop a large team of hourly associates on shift. You will ensure tools, training and proper direction are provided to staff, while maintaining daily production updates for managerial review.

The role emphasizes leadership, direct communication, and the ability to manage multiple lines in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment. Join a mission‑driven company disrupting the food supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a large group of hourly production staff.
• Ability to manage multiple production lines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to train and coach employees.
• Proficient in data entry and using computer systems for production updates.
