Job summary

HelloFresh in Colorado is seeking a Shipping Lead to oversee daily receiving, shipping and logistics. You will coach a 6-10 person team, drive productivity, and enforce safety standards in a fast-paced distribution center.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership, an associate’s degree or equivalent, and solid computer skills. Shift is Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or shipping environment.
• Associate’s degree OR equivalent professional experience.
• Intermediate computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certification in material handling equipment (or willingness to become certified).

Job description

As a Shipping Lead, you will oversee daily operations in receiving, shipping, and logistics. You’ll be a hands‑on leader, coaching your team to ensure maximum productivity while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Working under the guidance of a Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in keeping our distribution center running smoothly.

Shift

Sunday to Wednesday - 7:00 am to 5:30 pm

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role operates in a cold manufacturing environment (10º–40ºF). You should be comfortable standing and walking for 10‑12 hour shifts and able to regularly lift 25–50 lbs. Expect a dynamic, fast‑paced atmosphere with significant weekend work based on production needs.
