Job summary

CSL is seeking a Manager, Data Operations to lead the onboarding, integration, and ongoing operation of US commercial data assets, with emphasis on IQVIA claims data, OneKey HCP/HCO master data, and Specialty Pharmacy/program data.

You will partner with Analytics, CRM, IT, Compliance, and Finance, plus external data vendors, to ensure data is onboarded accurately, governed effectively, and delivered on schedule to support commercial, reporting, and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data operations or commercial data roles.
• Hands-on experience with IQVIA data assets (claims/OneKey).
• Strong understanding of MDM, HCP/HCO data, and identifier management.
• Proven ability to manage vendor-dependent data onboarding.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of external data sources.
• Own data intake assessments, backfills, validation, and releases.
• Coordinate migrations and cutover planning for new data sources.
• Ensure integration into data warehouses, analytics environments, CRM, and compliance.
• Serve as operational lead for HCP/HCO onboarding and maintenance.
