Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Data Team Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for complex projects. You will guide the CDM team through planning, execution, and close-out, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, while maintaining strong client relationships.

In this role, you will oversee service delivery, interact with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field.
• 3 years direct Data Management experience, including 1+ year as a CDM project lead.
• Experience managing study delivery through full DM life cycle, including Phase III.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for data management deliverables for clients.
• Provide project management expertise, trend analysis, and escalation for process improvements.
• Negotiate timelines, budgets, and resources with customers with guidance as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure open communications to meet contractual obligations.
• Support DM service delivery with extensive DM process and technical expertise to execute projects.
