Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare entry writing for truck/ocean/air clearances and US Rail Declarations.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and monitor in-bond movements.
• Enter data in Cargowise and resolve EDI failures.
• Perform audits of brokerage files and manage client invoicing.
• Maintain up-to-date customs compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with overseas offices and other departments.
• Handle client communications to gather missing data.
