Job summary

Zoetis US CRM Operations Owner in Parsippany leads the CRM program to ensure a reliable, scalable Salesforce-based environment for US operations. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, oversee integrations, and drive data integrity and security across systems.

You will collaborate with product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders across Sales and Service functions, with 2+ years CRM support experience and PMP/ PMI-ACP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/IT/Business) or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience supporting CRM systems (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud preferred).
• Experience gathering requirements, developing user stories, and testing.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with business, developers and IT support teams.
• Project management skills with ability to lead technical projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Project oversight: translate technical requirements to delivery teams and address challenges.
• Technical support and troubleshooting with delivery teams to minimize user disruption.
• Participate in UAT, grooming, refinement calls, and sprint planning; route BAU requests appropriately.
• Oversee integrations between CRM and other systems (ERP, analytics, CMS, marketing tools) and manage data stewardship.
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
• Provide documentation and training guidance for users and technical staff.
