Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking an enthusiastic team member to deliver engaging Today at Apple sessions, helping customers participate and discover how to get the most from their devices.

You will drive excitement for Apple products, adapt your facilitation style to diverse audiences, and support customers in setting up their devices while contributing to an inclusive store environment.

Experience in retail or sales is preferred, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Experience with teaching or public presentations and comfortable presenting to live audiences is a plus.
• Adapt facilitation styles to meet the needs of the audience with many learning styles, sizes, and settings.
