Job summary

Grupo Data in San Francisco is seeking a Country Manager to own the US business end to end, including strategy, revenue, team, partnerships, and P&L. You will be our first senior hire in the United States and operate as a founder inside a scaling company.

You will define and execute the go-to-market plan across AI consulting, Data Omnis, talent allocation, cybersecurity, and ITSM, open and close accounts, build the sales and delivery team, and establish local operations with the global back

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US go-to-market plan across AI consulting, Claude enablement, Data Omnis, talent allocation, cybersecurity, and ITSM.
• Open and close the first US accounts personally, then build the sales and delivery team around them.
• Develop the Anthropic partnership on the ground in San Francisco and build relationships with the local AI and cloud ecosystem.
