Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Country HR Program Integrator (Finance) to lead US HR activities for mergers and acquisitions and integration efforts. Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years related experience in human resources functional area, HR Generalist.
• Previous experience within Employee Relations is preferred.
• Previous experience with supporting M&A activity from an HR perspective is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the U.S. Country HR generalist partner and enabler for MADO workforce activities.
• Work with MADO Program teams to translate objectives into HR actions.
• Integrate Payroll, Total Rewards, Employment Law, Employee Relations and other COEs for US workforce impacts.
• Review workforce due diligence with a US HR lens, addressing employment considerations and compliance.
• Coordinate Country HR inputs for transaction processes with COEs as needed.
• Maintain visibility of deliverables, risks, and dependencies; escalate with context and mitigations.
• Support offer letter templates and employee transition docs for acquisitions or integrations.
• Advise on US employment requirements and workforce compliance risks.
• Coordinate communications and change management materials for workforce implications.
• Identify ownership gaps and dependencies; recommend practical actions for compliant outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment of Country HR contributions with COEs and MADO project needs.
