• Establish quality standards in administrative and financial processes.
• Support the Area Manager & Regional Controller with financial topics.
• Implement and develop a controlling system including Internal Control System.
• Ensure adherence to group reporting requirements and compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate the budget & forecast process.
• Visit plants and companies to understand operations and financial performance.
• Analyze economic efficiency and optimize cost structure.
