Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, financial controlling, or audit.
• Experience with month-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and proper coding of entries.
• Guide team members to align with accounting standards and controls.
• Review balance sheet accounts and explain variances to management.
• Support audits and implement corrective actions for internal controls.
• Collaborate with finance and operations on cost allocation and capitalization.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvement projects to strengthen controls.
