Job summary

Sika USA is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee the Building / Finishing BU’s financial planning, reporting, and controls. You will partner with BU leaders to drive revenue growth, cost reductions, and capital investments, while ensuring rigorous financial discipline.

You will lead budgeting cycles, monthly closings, and provide strategic guidance from a finance perspective as a member of the BU leadership team.

Qualifications

Oversee annual budgeting process and ongoing P&L forecasting.
Provide insights into revenue growth, cost reduction, and capital investments.
Monitor EBITDA levers and recommend corrective actions to leaders.
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet).
Ensure internal controls and financial reporting compliance per policy.
CPA or MBA preferred; 8–10 years of progressive financial management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the annual budgeting process.
Collaborate with BU leadership to identify growth and cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor EBITDA levers and propose corrective actions.
Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis.
Coordinate with departments on resource allocation and cost control.
Liaise with SAP for BU Building/Finishing matters.
