Domestic & General is seeking a Senior US Compliance Manager to design and implement a risk-based US compliance program. You will work with Group Compliance and the US leadership team to ensure alignment with 2nd Line of Defence and regulatory obligations.

You will advise senior leaders, oversee regulatory interactions, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability across the US business. Hybrid role based in Norwalk, CT, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA/JD preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state regulatory frameworks.
• Proven transformation and leadership experience.
• Ability to collaborate with Group Compliance and US leadership.
