Job summary

vVARDIS seeks a Manager, US Business Partnering & Commercial Finance in Miami, FL to serve as the NAM finance partner and drive budgeting, forecasting, deal evaluation, contract review, commission administration and key commercial decisions. The role combines FP&A rigor with a sales-ops mindset in a fast-growing US market.

The successful candidate will build processes, challenge assumptions, and turn financial insights into actionable plans while partnering with Sales, Marketing and Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering, ideally supporting a sales-driven or high-growth organization.
• Experience with BI or consolidation tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
• Business partnering mindset — able to influence and align non-finance stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on — takes ownership and gets things done.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — balances detail with the big picture.
• Clear, confident communicator in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Regional business partnering & leadership: embedded finance partner to US commercial organization.
• Sales operations, budget & forecasting: end-to-end NAM budget/forecasting support.
• Deal evaluation & commercial contracts: assess financial impact, margins and risk.
• Compliance & contract terms: review pricing, discounts, and revenue recognition.
• Commission management: end-to-end calculation, validation, and approval with HR.
• Business reviews & demand planning: prepare MBR/QBR materials and provide financial insights.
• Local marketing controlling: budget control, ROI visibility, spend discipline.
