Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. seeks a Manager, US Commercial Analytics to deliver actionable regional insights, build dashboards, and model field performance for Amtagvi and Proleukin in the US market.

You will partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to align analytics with brand strategy, payer dynamics, and ATC engagement plans, enabling data-driven decisions across a growing field network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline required.
• 5+ years in commercial analytics or field force analytics in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with regional/territory analyses and field deployment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain territory dashboards and scorecards for US field.
• Perform sub-national analyses: geographic demand, ATC penetration, market opportunities.
• Support field deployment decisions as ATC network grows beyond 110 centres.
• Create ATC-level profiles integrating multiple data sources (claims, CRM, hub data).
• Deliver ad-hoc analytics and translate results into actionable territory recommendations.
• Develop field force effectiveness measurement frameworks and segmentation models.
