Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. seeks a Cell Therapy Account Management professional to drive Amtagvi demand across academic centers and community practices, building a robust referral network and supporting early patient identification.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize access and uptake in oncology settings. The role emphasizes strategic territory planning in the oncology/rare-disease space, prior launch experience, and strong relationship-building with thought leaders.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a master's; or a PhD with 3 years of experience.
• Strategic foresight to optimize strategy and build service lines at academic hospitals.
• Deep market knowledge of the oncology and immunotherapy market, including reimbursement and policy landscape.
• Experience with complex delivery systems, including logistics, GMP, and quality systems.
• Ability to coach and drive alignment with field-based and internal cross-functional partners.
• Uses data analytics to optimize decision-making and planning around Amtagvi's uptake strategy.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive Amtagvi demand and pull-through at ATCs and liaison with community oncology practices and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as commercial lead for developing and onboarding a new TIL service line at target ATCs.
• Educate site personnel on clinical and product information for Amtagvi.
• Provide knowledge and expertise around Iovance products and processes to all service line customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ATC Operations, aligning Iovance Cell Therapy logistics, processes, and operations.
• Provide exemplary customer service while building relationships with key clinical thought leaders and Amtagvi prescribers.
