Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field and 5+ years in biotech/pharma analytics or consulting.
• Hands-on data analysis across regional/territory performance with actionable outputs.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with IQVIA, claims, CRM and related datasets is a plus.
• Strong communication to translate analyses into decisions for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain territory dashboards and scorecards for the US field.
• Develop sub-national analyses and geographic demand modeling.
• Support field deployment decisions and ATC network optimization.
• Create targeting/segmentation models and incentive planning support.
• Build automated reporting workflows with HIPAA/compliance in mind.
