Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Manager, US Commercial Analytics to deliver regional, territory, and account-level insights for Amtagvi and Proleukin. You will translate business questions into analyses, build dashboards, and recommend actions to improve field deployment and engagement at ATCs.

This role partners with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to align analytics with brand strategy, payer dynamics, and launch plans. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field required.
• 5+ years in commercial analytics, sales ops analytics, or field force effectiveness in biotech/pharma.
• Hands-on analytics delivery from question to recommendation.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel; experience building dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain territory dashboards and scorecards for US field organization.
• Develop sub-national analyses: geographic demand modeling, ATC penetration, market opportunities.
• Support field deployment decisions through territory alignment and optimization analyses.
• Create ATC-level profiles integrating CRM, claims, and pharmacy data to identify opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to translate analyses into actionable recommendations.
