Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. seeks a Cell Therapy Account Manager in Denver to drive Amtagvi demand by linking community practices with academic centers and enabling early patient identification. You will work with internal teams to enhance scientific and operational excellence in cell therapy account management.

You will optimize territory strategy in oncology, influence teams, and leverage experience with immunotherapy and prior product launches to sustain Amtagvi growth.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a master’s; or a PhD with 3 years’ experience.
• Uses strategic foresight to optimize strategy and build service lines at academic hospitals.
• Deep market knowledge of the oncology and immunotherapy market, including reimbursement and policy landscape.
• Experience with products/therapies requiring complex delivery systems (logistics, GMP, quality).
• Ability to coach and align field-based and internal cross-functional partners.
• Uses data analytics to optimize Amtagvi uptake strategy.
• Demonstrates initiative and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive Amtagvi demand and pull-through at targeted ATCs and liaison with community oncology practices and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as commercial lead for developing and onboarding a new TIL service line at target ATCs.
• Educate site personnel on clinical and product information for Amtagvi.
• Provide knowledge around Iovance products and processes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations to align logistics and processes for cell therapy.
• Maintain high collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure patient identification and infusion.
• Provide feedback to management on account trends and opportunities.
• Support strategic account plans in academic institutions and large community practices.
