Qualifications

• Experience with JIRA and test management tools.
• Knowledge of Confluence is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Financial services or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, manual, automated, and UAT testing.
• Validate data and system functionality using SQL queries.
• Write complex SQL queries using joins, CTEs, and data validation techniques to identify data discrepancies and outliers.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Maintain regression test plans, test cases, scripts, and QA documentation.
• Ensure requirements traceability and verify that system requirements are met.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide feedback on system usability, quality, and stability.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
