The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA/testing in banking, 3-4+ years in banking UAT, and 2+ years with modern test automation tools, with a collaborative mindset to deliver robust testing solutions.

• Experience converting manual tests to automated scripts.

Responsibilities

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for banking applications
• Identify opportunities to transition manual testing processes into automated solutions
• Perform comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and validation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm expected outcomes
• Support end-to-end testing efforts throughout the software development lifecycle

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of QA, Testing, or related experience in a banking environment
• 3-4+ years of hands-on UAT testing experience within a Commercial Banking environment
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks
• Proven experience converting manual test scripts into automated test solutions
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect management, and test reporting
