Lendable Ltd is seeking a product leader to own the US Cards lifecycle, from first transaction onward, and to drive growth with data-driven decisions. You will shape product strategy and collaborate with AI-enabled teams to move metrics, not just ship features.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, hands-on prototyping, and cross-functional influence across Credit, Growth, Design, and Compliance, with a focus on activation and retention within a growing fintech product.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning product outcomes end-to-end.
• Strong analytical instinct to interpret numbers and find drivers.
• Hands-on: writing and resolving tickets, prototyping, and influencing design.
• Fluency with AI tools as part of building, testing and analysis.
• Ability to lead through influence across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and roadmap for current and expanding segments.
• Own the customer lifecycle from first transaction onwards.
• Shape the mobile app experience to drive activation and engagement.
• Build new credit propositions alongside the core Cards product.
• Prototype and implement decisions, using AI to iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with Credit, Growth, Design, Data Science and Compliance.
• Set clear, measurable goals and run experiments to improve metrics.
