Qualifications

• 1–4 years in product, strategy, analytics, consulting or operations.
• Able to write SQL or Python and answer your own questions.
• Familiar with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex in work or side projects.
• Willing to take on varied tasks in a lean product team.

Responsibilities

• Run experiments across the customer lifecycle to improve pay and engagement.
• Collaborate with risk and data science on model applicability to new use cases.
• Develop fast, low-cost tests (manuals, emails, scripts) before engineering.
• Gather customer insights to inform decisions and validate ideas.
• Build AI-powered tools and automations to save time for ops and teams.
• Unblock developers and coordinate with legal/compliance to ship features.
