Job summary

Lendable is hiring an Associate Product Manager to join the product team, covering post-booking areas including payments, collections, credit limit increases, spend, and the mobile app. You’ll own experiments, work with data science and risk teams, and build AI-powered tools to accelerate operations.

We’re a fast-moving fintech with a hybrid work model; you’ll help scale our US Cards product while collaborating with London and US teams.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in product, strategy, analytics, consulting or operations.
• Ask a lot of questions and seek to understand why something happens.
• Form a hypothesis and test quickly, even if the first version is rough.
• Proficient with SQL or Python and able to answer your own questions.
• You use AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex in work or side projects.
• Willing to pick up small jobs in a lean product team.
• You enjoy days that look different from each other.
• Bonus: experience in lending, payments, fintech or a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Run experiments across the customer lifecycle, e.g., reminders to pay and autopay setups.
• Collaborate with credit risk and data science on model applications.
• Test ideas using quick, low-cost methods with AI before engineering time.
• Gather customer research to obtain truthful, unbiased reads.
• Build AI-powered tools and automations to save time for the team.
• Unblock developers, coordinate with legal/compliance, and write guides for ops.
