Job summary

Stack Recruitment is partnering with a well‑funded fintech to hire the Founding US Product Lead. You will own the US issuance product strategy, collaborate with banks, processors, and partners, and shape the long‑term roadmap for scalable card programmes across client segments.

You will operate across operations and product, balancing commercial goals with customer needs, in a fast-paced startup environment where decisions move quickly and impact is visible.

Qualifications

• Deep card issuance experience.
• Proven track record launching and scaling card programmes.
• Ownership of KPIs, performance, and commercial outcomes.
• Experience managing strategic partners and external stakeholders.
• Exposure to pricing, contracts, partner economics, and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead card programmes from concept through launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Build and scale embedded card products across multiple client segments.
• Own programme performance, growth, and commercial success.
• Manage relationships with issuing banks, BIN sponsors, processors, and card networks.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Help shape the long‑term growth strategy of the issuance business.
• Establish playbooks, processes, governance, and operate cross‑functionally with engineering, compliance, risk, and finance.
