Job summary

Citi seeks an accomplished leader to head US Consumer Cards (USCC) Collections Operations, overseeing 2,500+ FTE across the US, Canada, and international vendors. The role drives end-to-end strategy, customer experience, and cost efficiency while advancing AI and analytics to improve loss performance.

The candidate will partner with Risk, Analytics, Technology, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant operations and superior colleague productivity in a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years managerial experience.
• Experience in Financial services leadership.
• Managerial experience with large teams across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Collections strategy, execution, analytics, and people/vendor management.
• Drive KPI alignment for AI adoption, customer impact, and ROI.
• Deliver productivity improvements via automation and process redesign.
• Foster inclusive culture and leadership development.
