Job summary

DyStar is seeking a Sales Manager based in the United States with deep expertise in the US/Canada textiles business. You will lead the US/Canada Sales team, manage key textile manufacturers, and develop new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

This role is preferably on-site in Charlotte, NC, with potential remote consideration. A strong track record in growing double-digit revenues and guiding sales operations is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Chemistry, Textile Chemistry or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years selling experience in chemical/textile industry.
• Minimum 5 years managerial/supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills; traveling required to meet Key Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual sales budget for the US/Canada Textiles business.
• Lead key account management and create new business opportunities for sustainable profitability.
• Lead USA/Canada Sales operations including succession planning and recruiting new sales team members.
