Qualifications

• Advanced degree in biomedical sciences preferred.
• Experience in marketing, market development, commercial strategy, or growth initiatives in biotech, pharma, CRO, or life sciences services.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery and preclinical development workflows.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into commercially effective messaging.
• Experience with demand generation, digital marketing, customer engagement, or market expansion initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand Medicilon’s visibility in U.S. biotech and pharmaceutical markets.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to support growth.
• Partner with BD and scientific teams to improve engagement and opportunity generation.
• Translate scientific services into clear market messaging and materials.
• Create scientific content: technical materials, case studies, webinars, presentations, and patient communications.
• Lead demand gen programs across digital channels, events, and campaigns.
• Manage website, LinkedIn, email marketing, and analytics to improve effectiveness.
• Lead participation in biotech/pharma conferences and build U.S. ecosystem relationships.
• Collaborate with global teams and leadership to meet commercial objectives.
