Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Associate Manager, Client Services for its Retail vertical. The individual will lead all client interactions within the assigned account scope and, in collaboration with the Client Partner or Senior Client Partner, develop the account plan for effective client management.

Usually, an Associate Manager, Client Services handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of up to $10-30 million and will drive the opportunity lifecycle from Prospect to Close while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; 7+ years experience with strong sales/relationship management.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience in the Retail industry/vertical.

Role Description

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

Estimated annual salary range for candidates based in the US will be$100,000 to $187,000.
