Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts in Salisbury, MD. You will engage urologists, APPs, and clinic staff to support patient identification and treatment selection.

The role requires developing and executing an integrated territory plan, delivering scientific information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed sales targets while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of proven sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale for hospital-avoidance value.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption in clinical settings.
• Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage to key customers.
• Develop in-depth product and account knowledge and stay informed about market trends.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and drive territory performance.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans to deliver exceptional customer experience.
