Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted Urology accounts, including large group practices and hospital-affiliated clinics.

You will engage Urologists, APPs, practice admins, and clinical staff to support patient identification and treatment choices. The role requires delivering clinical information, presenting approved products, and developing territory business plans to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience and proven sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan to maximize sales and prioritize high-value customers and growth opportunities.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization within targeted accounts
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the clinical rationale supporting the hospital-avoidance value proposition.
• Identify and address clinical, operational, behavioral, and process-related barriers impacting product adoption
• Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics, optimizing coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
