Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts in the Baltimore area. You will engage Urologists, APPs, staff, and administrators to optimize patient identification and treatment selection within approved indications.

You will meet or exceed sales targets by executing an integrated territory plan, delivering scientific presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years demonstrated experience and proven sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• 2+ years demonstrated large practice group account management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale supporting the hospital-avoidance value proposition.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics, optimizing coverage to key customers.
• Develop in-depth product and account knowledge and stay informed about market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends and local market dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and strategies.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Manage the territory budget for sales and marketing activities.
