You will engage physicians, APPs, and staff to support patient identification, treatment selection, and workflow, aiming to exceed sales targets with an integrated territory plan. The role requires delivering clinical information, presenting approved products, and collaborating across a matrixed sales organization to optimize access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the territory by developing a comprehensive business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to optimize call coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Develop product and account knowledge, monitor local market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends and provide insights to drive performance.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, and compliant discussions.
• Collaborate with sales peers to share best practices and strategies.
• Manage the territory budget and complete administrative tasks per brand strategy.
