Syneos Health, Inc. in Hartford, CT, is seeking an Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.

You will engage urologists, APPs, and clinic staff, deliver clinical presentations, and develop territory business plans to optimize patient access and product utilization within the approved indication.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Develop in-depth product and account knowledge and analyze local market trends.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and strategies.
