Syneos Health in Birmingham, AL seeks a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts and exceed sales targets through an integrated territory plan.

You will engage Urologists, APPs, and clinic staff, deliver clinical presentations, address barriers to adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize access, formulary wins, and patient outcomes. Travel up to 50% with a base salary of $160k–$170k plus commissions/car allowance.

Formación

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/biotech.
• 2+ years large practice group account management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access into consistent prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify barriers to product adoption and address them effectively.
• Plan activities to optimize call coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Develop in-depth product and account knowledge and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive value and access.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
