• Serve as primary contact for patient check-in/check-out and handle financial transactions.
• Enter patient information into the EPIC/EMR system and maintain accurate demographics.
• Coordinate correspondence for patients, referring physicians, and private/research cases.
• Provide coverage for department secretaries as needed.
• Assist in supervision and coordination of secretarial staff and office supplies.
