Responsibilities

• Schedule/coordinate/triage referrals via LifeChart work queues.
• Set follow-up alarms to ensure referrals are followed up.
• Obtain un-resulted consults and testing orders managed by the referral office.
• Notify ordering providers of patient no-shows; ensure proper documentation.
