Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a friendly Urology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX.

This part-time role provides comprehensive care to residents with urological conditions, including infections, stones, and prostate issues, working with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will hold an NP/PA license, have a Master’s degree in Nursing, DEA, CPR/BLS, and experience in long-term care, with EMR documentation training offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• DEA License.
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified.
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• A year of experience in Urology (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide patient education, counseling, and support on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Diagnose and treat residents with urology conditions, diseases, and infections.
• Document patient encounters using electronic medical record systems.

Requirements

• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• A year of experience in Urology
• Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided
• Must have great organizational and time management skills.
• Prolonged standing/walking. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Computer work. Lifting/moving patients. Prolonged sitting.
