Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Sewell, NJ. This part-time position involves comprehensive urology care for residents in long-term care facilities, with duties ranging from assessments to treatment planning.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, creating care plans, monitoring progress, educating patients, and EMR documentation. Must have NP/PA license, DEA, BLS, and at least 1 year in urology.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license.
• DEA license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Master's in Nursing.
• Graduate from an accredited NP program.
• Minimum 6 months in long-term care.
• At least 1 year in Urology.
• Experience documenting EMR (Sigma/Visual/PCC); training provided.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk for up to 6–8 hours.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Provide patient education, counseling, and support on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care
• Diagnose and treat residents with urology conditions, diseases, and infections
• Document patient encounters, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic medical record systems

Job Summary

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
• DEA License
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• A year of experience in Urology
• Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided
• Must have great organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
