Job summary

Shore Outpatient Surgicenter seeks a Urology Nurse Manager to lead nursing services in a dynamic ambulatory setting. The role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership within the Center's policies.

The candidate will oversee staffing, schedule development, and cost-control efforts while advancing nursing standards and patient safety in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications

• Requires current New Jersey nursing license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in intra-operative setting.
• Minimum 1 year of Urology case experience.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and implements nursing philosophy aligned with Center goals.
• Develops policies, procedures, and staffing to support center objectives.
• Evaluates programs and patient care activities.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and AAAHC standards.
• Maintains documentation meeting legal and health standards.
• Prepares nursing schedules and allocates staffing.
